Upon booking, you will need to pay a deposit of 30% of the total cost for the entire stay.
In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.
It is possible, however, change the booking to another date subject to availability, until three weeks before the arrival date, in this case the deposit already paid is valid.

Conditions
Any cancellation will result in a penalty of 10% of the total rental within 60 days of your arrival date; 20% between the 60th and 30th day; 30% if the cancellation is notified less than 30 days prior your arrival.
